Come join us for a morning of biocontrol collection!
This is the first in our series of stewardship events funded by the city of Kamloops, where our club members will have the chance to give back to nature. In this series we will help to control weeds, plant native species, learn about local nature and more.
For this event, we will be teaming up with Catherine Tarasoff with Agrowest Consulting Scientists, who uses primarily non-chemical invasive plant control methods. We will help her to collect biocontrol bugs that will be used to control weeds!
