Danielle was born and raised on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples, and currently resides in East Vancouver. A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, she has proudly dedicated the past 20 years to the non-profit sector, specializing in fund development and community program partnerships. Danielle has spent the majority of her career working with organizations that serve women and children, and has seen first-hand how engagement with nature can be a powerful source of healing for children experiencing adversity.
In her spare time, Danielle enjoys knitting, gardening, kayaking, and taking to the beautiful mountains of BC!
