Earth Day Shoreline Cleanup:
Date: Wednesday, April 22nd
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Buck Creek Canfor Fish Hatchery and Nature CenterJoin us this Earth Day as we give back to the planet by taking action in our own community. We’ll be spending an hour helping to clean up the riverbank, removing litter and debris to keep our waterways clean and safe for the animals and plants that depend on them.
This is a great opportunity for families and community members to make a real difference, learn about environmental stewardship, and show appreciation for the natural spaces we enjoy. Every small action adds up, and together we can help protect local wildlife and keep our river healthy.
Please dress for the weather. All supplies such as gloves and garbage bags will be provided. Let’s work together to care for the Earth—today and every day.
