Single Events

VANCOUVER – Nature Explorers: Queen Elizabeth Park
- 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Join us on Wednesday, July 29 at 4:00 p.m. for our Explorer Day: Nature Explorers: Queen Elizabeth Park.
We will enjoy activities including:
- 👁️ Senses Wake-up Circle
- 🌱 Nature Bingo
- 🦋 Exploration Walk
- 🍂 Nature Art Creations
Let’s connect outdoors, play, and make memories together while we explore the highest point in the City of Vancouver.
- When: Wednesday, July 29, 2026, 4:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (approx).
- Meeting Location: West side of Queen Elizabeth Park. Look for the Lebanese Cedar tree and plaque. (See the map at the end of this email).
- Parking: There is paid parking available at the park. Check here for the closest parking lot to our meeting point.
- Transit: Please refer to the Translink Trip Planner for an accurate route and transit time.
What to bring:
- A clipboard and pencil (we will have some extra pencils to share) ✏️
- Sunscreen, hat, rain gear, depending on the weather 🧢
- A small magnifying glass is always useful 🔎
- Snacks and water! 💧
Washrooms: Washroom available on the East side of the Bloedel Conservatory, close to our meeting point.
Weather: We go rain or shine! However, we may cancel in the case of heavy rain. We will be in touch with you a few days before the event to confirm details.
Liability Waiver: Please read the attached Liability Waiver that you will be asked to sign at the Explorer Day gathering.
