The Stanley Park YNC meets at the Stanley Park Nature House at Lost Lagoon (generally) the first Saturday of every month from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. The Nature House is at the foot of Alberni Street, on the southeast corner of Lost Lagoon below the Lookout Plaza in the old boathouse at the waters edge. Pay parking is nearby behind the Park Office on Beach Avenue, along the tennis courts.

exploration of the birds that live in the Park through the winter.

Urban Camping
Saturday May 11th 1:30pm – Sunday May 12th,2013 1:30pm (overnight)
This
extra special program will be full of fun activities and introduce
participants to how easy it is to take the family camping. Based on the
SPES’s Urban Camping program
for teachers and students from grades 4-7, our trained educators are by
your side throughout the program to lead activities, create meals, and
explain helpful hints on how to set up a tent or shelter.
Cost
$100 for one adult and one child; additional children are welcome under
the supervision of the accompanying adult at a fee of $50 per
additional child. Participants must be current YNC members, children
between the ages of 5-14.
