DELTA, WildRoots Home Learners Club – OWL (Orphaned Wildlife) Rehabilitation Society

Come and explore the OWL (Orphaned Wildlife) Rehabilitation Society, a non-profit society that specializes in the care of raptors. This group includes eagles, falcons, hawks, ospreys, owls, and vultures. Learn how they rescue, rehabilitate, and release sick, injured, or orphaned raptors.
Date: Monday, February 23, 2026
Time: 12:15pm – 2:00pm (check-in at 12:10pm)
Location: 3800-72nd Street, Unit 3, Delta, on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), and other Coast Salish Peoples.
NOTE: The program is held rain or shine so ensure everyone is dressed for the weather. There is a 60 minute indoor program followed by a 30 minute outdoor tour.

IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, no baby/toddler siblings can be brought into the program; the minimum age for this activity is Grade 1.
Accessibility: Location is accessible by transit and car with a parking lot. The OWL society has a paved tour path and is wheelchair accessible! Please message me if you have questions or concerns.
