Join us for a hands-on exploration of freshwater ecosystems! Guided by a local expert, we will search for and identify tiny aquatic creatures known as macroinvertebrates. Through water monitoring activities, we’ll learn how these fascinating critters help scientists assess the health of streams and ponds. Come ready to get your hands (a little) wet and learn about your local waterways!
