Family Fun Fishing Day
There is this amazing program and collaboration Nature Kids is doing with Fresh Water Fisheries Society of BC, teaching our kids how to fish!
We will get 45 min of instruction and then we’ll have 1.5 hours of fishing time in their fully stocked fishing ponds! Day will Include information about their organization, fish identification, how to properly handle a fish, basic tackle and casting lessons, and safety and a guided fishing time at our stocked ponds.
Location: Onsite at their fishery ponds (which are fully stocked ensuring a few catches!) 34345 VYE ROAD, ABBOTSFORD, BC
Cost: $10 / per child
Details: This day will be held rain or shine and run fully outdoors. With fully covered picnic bench seating area and access to a port-a-potty, down at the ponds.
Please RSVP your attendance to ridgemeadows@naturekidsbc.ca and include the number of adults and children attending. Payment will be collected the day of the event by the organization, not Nature Kids.
