Come join us for a nature walk in Mundy Park to learn about forest bathing!  The scent of the forest, the song of birds, the fresh forest air – awaken your senses and let your body relax in a slow, meditative 1km walk within Mundy Park. Enjoy this introduction into the Japanese practice of forest bathing.

We anticipate the event being 1.5 hours in duration.  
 
Meeting time: 4 pm

Location: Mundy Park
 
What should I bring?  warm clothes, rain gear if needed (we go rain or shine) and proper footwear
 
Washrooms and water fountains are available at the fieldhouse adjacent to the playground if needed.
