Come join us for a nature walk in Mundy Park to learn about nature journaling! The Nature Journaling Workshop encourages participants to connect with the natural world through the practice of journaling, creating art, and fostering mindfulness and observation skills. In this hands-on program, individuals learn to record their observations, sketching wildlife and reflecting on their outdoor experiences to deepen their appreciation of nature through journaling, drawing, or painting!  Materials will be supplied.
