Kim was born in Australia but has lived and raised a family in the beautiful Fraser River canyon around Lytton and Lillooet. Kim is passionate about the natural world and loves to share that passion with people of all ages. Kim was instrumental in organizing environmental restoration projects in the region with the Lillooet Naturalist Society and the Sek’wel’was community. Splitrock Environmental (an environmental management company and native plant nursery) was the outcome of that environmental work. Kim has hosted annual spring Walking with the Smolts and summer Salmon in the Canyon events, as well as spring and fall stewardship days with local schools. Kim is excited to continue this work through NatureKidsBC and see families come together and connect with nature. Thanks for the opportunity.
