Tracy is a Certified Project Management Professional and an innovative organizational leader in program management, research and development, science-policy integration, and stakeholder management. With 15+ years’ experience using data-driven strategies for decision-making, she collaborates with diverse stakeholders, from local communities and industries to government institutions and renowned researchers globally. . She is highly skilled at fostering relationships, and she’s also a dedicated volunteer, serving as board chair, director, and program manager for city libraries, charities, and international nonprofits. Tracy holds a PhD in Geography and Environment from the University of Southampton, UK. She currently teaches Physical Geography at Coquitlam College/Kwantlen Polytechnic University and works as a Research Associate at SPARC BC, focusing on leveraging data, technology, and partnerships to address real-world challenges.
